Where is my order?
Once your piece is on its way, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also check progress anytime → TRACK MY ORDER
Carriers can take 1–3 business days to register the first scan, so don't worry if it looks quiet at the start.
How long does it take to process my order?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email immediately and a shipping notification with tracking once it leaves our warehouse.
How long will my order take to arrive?
US & EU: 5–10 business days
UK, Canada & Australia: 5–15 business days
Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Can I cancel my order or change the delivery address?
Yes, if you're quick. Orders usually enter fulfillment within 2 hours of being placed — message us before then with your order number and we'll cancel or update the address. Once it's packed, we can't make changes.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Not quite right? You have 14 days from delivery to start a return at RETURNS PORTAL. Just make sure your piece comes back unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
