Shipping times are estimated for each location after processing your order in our warehouse. All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after purchase.

Delays can be caused by international logistics or custom clearance.

Standard shipping costs are free of charge, for any order amount, weight, and for all delivery areas.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Shipping (FREE)

Reliable delivery with tracking included. Your order will be processed in the standard queue.

Priority Shipping ($3.95)

Fast order processing. Your order will be prepared and shipped before standard orders.

Priority & Insurance ($4.95)

Priority processing + full shipping protection. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we'll replace it at no extra cost.


TRACKING

All items are shipped with a tracking number available on the order confirmation. Please allow 2-4 days for your tracking information to show up in the courier's tracking system.

If you order multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another due to our diverse supply chains.

SEPARATE DELIVERY

When you purchase multiple items, we may ship some items separately so that you receive them as soon as possible.

You can find the shipping number for each package on your order confirmation page.


FAILED DELIVERY AND ORDER COLLECTION

If the postal carrier is unable to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place for you to pick it up. You have 7 days from the day of non-delivery to pick up your package at the collection point assigned by the carrier.

If you have provided an incorrect address, were not present at the time of delivery, or did not pick up your package on time at the pick-up center, you must contact us to arrange a new shipment of the order. We will apply a fee for additional shipping costs. Refunds for non-collection of orders are not possible.
