We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 14 day risk free money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order.
FIRST STEP FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To start your refund or exchange, we need you to complete the Returns & Exchange Form in our SUPPORT section where you will see the steps to follow for your case. You can initiate the return/exchange form here.
ATTENTION: Please do not return your items to any address that may appear on your package or anywhere else, as we will not be responsible for the loss of your items. The return address or prepaid return label can only be received from our Customer Service by the return portal.
Our warehouse will not pick up returns with pending charges for customs clearance. In order to be able to refund your return, please make sure that your package will arrive free of charge to the destination address.
In order for our warehouse team to identify the returned item, please add a note inside the bag with the order number.
Products purchased from Urban Mood Store can be returned within 14 days if the original packaging is intact and the products are in perfect condition. Accessories, documentation and original packaging must be returned, otherwise the products will be subject to depreciation.
Remember don't wash any garment at more than 30 degrees because it could depreciate. If we detect that you have washed, damaged or used the garment we will cancel your return.
SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
Only regular priced items can be refunded by the same method of payment. For sale or clearance products returned to the warehouse we will issue a store credits to be used on our website: https://theurbanmood.store
SHIPPING ITEMS
In order to return an order, you must complete the Returns & Exchange Form first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
